Part 1: Managing the funnel for LI.FI from a marketing standpoint.

Create a presentation (in whichever format you prefer) that explains your thought process when it comes to managing the funnels for LI.FI including how you would determine overall strategy, prioritize initiatives, select key tactics, and how you would measure success.

For your information, LI.FI currently has two funnels:

  1. Self-Service Funnel - 80% of our integrations consist of developers and product managers who visit our website independently and go from awareness —> activation by learning about the product with public content/materials/resources and following our developer documentation and How-to guides.

  2. Sales-Led Funnel - 20% of our integrations are larger, typically enterprise size clients that LI.FI’s BD/Sales team works with directly to educate and convince prospects to partner with and integrate LI.FI. These integrations have the potential to drive a lot more impact for the business including brand awareness, volume, and revenue.
