Getting started
If you prefer to see a view of how to set this up, please see this link.
Step 1: Inviting the bot
- Please invite the bot to your server using this link
Step 2: Configuring permissions
- After inviting the bot to your server, you can check the default settings given by the bot using /guild set read. By default, the bot will grant (i) Admin Role to the highest role in the server (ii) Admin Member to the person inviting the bot to the server, and thus give them ability to configure the bot settings.
- Add Admin Member using /guild add admin_member <<member>>
- Admin Members can run the following functions (described in more detail in Bot Commands below):
Step 3: Set Partner name
- Set the name of your project (eg. Uniswap) using /guild set partner <<name>>
- This is so the bot can display the appropriate support messages. For the screenshot below, Lizard had been indicated as the partner name.

Step 4: Setting channel for bot support
Step 5: Adding proxy contract address
- If your team uses a proxy contract address to interact with LI.FI, please insert your address using the /guild add proxy_contract <<proxy address>>
- If this is not done, the bot will not be able to show the correct status.
- You can add multiple proxy contracts by using the same function again.
Bot Commands
/guild set read - provides an overview of the current settings. If your discord server does not allow members to run / commands then there is no need to configure these settings unless you’d like to limit access to your team members.
